Responsibilities:
Provide sales support to sales team including handling customer enquiries and follow up sales quotation and orders
Prepare quotation, report, and other forms and documents;
Performs daily clerical job such as data entry in computer system and maintain a filing system;
Understand clients’ expectation

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Science, Life Science or related disciplines.
Working experience in Customer Service/ Telesales is an advantage
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Good PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Multi-tasking, detailed minded and good team spirit
Able to work independently, proactively, self-motivated, well organized and willingness to learn;
Immediate availability is definite preferred
