We are currently inviting a talented professional to join us either based in Hong Kong or Shanghai for the exciting role of Corporate Responsibility Officer.

The Job
Responsible for the implementation of the Company’s corporate responsibility policy and the related compliance processes, specializing in Eco Vadis.
Work closely with suppliers to guide them through the launch of Eco Vadis programs from
process design and data collection till report preparation and analyses.
Support the team in deploying various Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Programs, and ensuring the achievement of KPIs.
Taking initiatives to define and execute continuous improvement plans on our sustainability performance.
Conduct training and communication to internal Departments and external business partners on our CR standards, requirements and goals.

Requirements
Degree Holder in Environmental, Sustainability studies, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant experience with expertise in Eco Vadis.
Hands-on experience in working with factories.
Familiar with social compliance standards (such as BSCI, SA8000, ICTI) and/or environmental compliance standards (such as BEPI, ISO 14001, Detox, Higg Index), circular economy and climate change.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
Solution-oriented, attention to details, and always striving for customer success and excellent service.
Solid project management and analytical skills.
Mature personality with a high level of independence and integrity.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).
Flexible with business trips.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Corporate Responsibility Officer.
