The Harbourview, a 320-room hotel, conveniently located at the waterfront of Wanchai, is now inviting qualified applicants for the following position: -

Job Responsibilities:
Develop a close business relationship with our potential and existing corporate clients to strengthen our client base.
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, industry associations, and local businesses to drive additional sales opportunities.
Develop strategies to explore new markets and segments, identifying untapped opportunities for revenue growth.
Provide timely information / insights regarding market opportunities and changes of corporate clients’ needs.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and market positioning.
Handle ad-hoc duty assigned by department head as required.

Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in hotel industry of which 2 years are of managerial experience.
Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence.
Proactive, capable of developing & implementing sales action plans and explore business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
