The challenge is to:
Drive execution of Group Strategy projects including undertaking thorough market research, competitive analysis, financial analysis and creation of presentation materials

Lead Group M&A projects including financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, contractual negotiations, relevant documentation, etc.

Work closely across departments to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives

Communicate strategic plans and progress to collaborators to ensure transparency and alignment across the organisation

Provide support in development of investor relations materials including results announcements, presentations and board meetings

Support execution of ad hoc projects which the team may be involved in from time to time

Do you have experience in investor relations / consulting / auditing?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

5 years of experience with leading consultancy, investment bank, accounting firm; experience in retail/consumer industry will be advantaged.

Less experienced candidate would be considered to be Senior Analyst or Assistant Manager.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.

Proven experience in leading and running projects.

Strong analytical skills and good proficiency at financial modeling.

Strong EQ and interpersonal skills to build relationship with different stakeholders.

Ability to work both independently and in a team with high integrity.

High level of accuracy and detail-mindedness, and pressure-resistance.

Self-starter with the ability to handle ambiguity.
