Corporate/Investment Funds Associate

A leading offshore law firm is seeking a talented mid-level associate (3-5PQE) to join its Corporate and Investment Funds team. This team is known for its expertise in handling sophisticated investment fund transactions for a diverse range of global clients. The firm offers a collaborative environment and significant career advancement opportunities.
The Role:
In this role, you will advise on various corporate and investment fund matters, working closely with prominent clients across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong language skills, particularly in Chinese, to handle business-level communication effectively.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in investment funds
  • Chinese language capability (read and write on a business level) is required
  • Native Mandarin speakers preferred but not essential
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
