Position summary
The CSR Specialist will analyze audit reports, collaborate with stakeholders such as product development team, and ensure adherence to social and environmental compliance standards. This role involves training suppliers, maintaining compliance documentation, and coordinating audits to enhance our CSR efforts.

Job Responsibilities
Cooperate with service providers, such as third-party audit companies, to arrange audits
Follow up the social compliance assessments corrective actions with suppliers.
Maintain and update the supply chain compliance database.
Conduct assessment or visit to factories as required to ensure compliance in key suppliers, and performance assurance of service providers. Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and assess compliance levels.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for material data collection (Glimpact)
Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Job requirements
Degree-holder in Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Compliance, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in 3rd party audit firm, or retailers audit firm dealing with compliance topics across China and/or Southeast Asia in the apparel industry, with on-site audit experience.
Knowledge of social compliance standards (e.g., ICS, WRAP, amfori BSCI, SMETA, WCA, SLCP, Blue Sign, etc.).
Detail-minded, good communication skills.
Practical data management skills
A Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
Willing to travel as required
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Mandarin
Good command of Microsoft Office Excel
