Our client is a leading automotive group in Hong Kong and Macau, renowned for its long-standing partnership with those prestige car brands as the exclusive retailer for passenger and commercial vehicles. To cope with their customer service team expansion, we are looking for candidates with passion in automotive industry to join the big family:
Your duties

• Provide expert advice on passenger vehicle maintenance and related technical services
• Closely follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure all service requests are handled efficiently

You should be:

• Form 5 or above
• Experience in customer service, retail, or the automotive industry
• A valid driving license in Hong Kong is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Service Advisor

經驗較少者將有機會獲聘為助理服務顧問職位
