Job description:

• Support daily operation of computers and hardware in the data center
• Monitor and troubleshoot server equipment installed
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and incident escalation
• Monitor and Control the IT services and IT infrastructure
• Work location: Tsuen Wan & Chai Wan

Job requirements:

• Knowledge of hardware installation
• 12 hours shift (8:00 to 8:00)
• Good communication in Cantonese and English

Job Types: Full-time, Contract renewal
Pay: $19,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
