IT Support / Data Center Operator (3-4 days work a week)

Location: Tsuen Wan & Tseung Kwan O
Job description:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for scheduled and non-scheduled activities
- Perform equipment installation, cables installation, equipment decommission and housekeeping
- Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to seniors
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports
- Exhibit quality workmanship on all work
- Work location: Tsuen Wan & Tseung Kwan O
- Data center operator or structured cabling experience preferred
- 12 hours shift (8:00 to 8:00) day and night shifts
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Discipline, self-initiative, self-motivate
Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
