We are currently seeking a highly motivated IT intern to join our team in Hong Kong. This internship provides an excellent platform for students to bridge the gap between theory and practice in the field of Information Technology. By actively participating in various IT activities, intern will gain valuable insights and develop essential skills that will facilitate a smooth transition into the professional workplace upon graduation.

Job Duties:
Assist the IT Manager in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Serve as the first line of support for internal staff, addressing their technical inquiries and providing solutions.
Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various hardware and software systems, ensuring they run optimally.
Maintain and update technical documentation, user manuals, and support materials to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in system upgrades and maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Work closely with the IT Manager to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and systems.

Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a higher diploma / degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, showing initiative and a willingness to learn.
A proactive attitude towards troubleshooting issues and finding solutions.
Have the eligibility to work as an intern in Hong Kong (overseas students must obtain a no-objection letter or other approvals from corresponding institutions)

Place of work and working hours :
Tsim Sha Tsui (Monday to Friday, 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.)
Ranging from 3 to 6 months, with 1 to 3 days of working per week
