Data Management Associate - work in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, validation, and quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client and transaction data
- Conduct regular data reconciliation between internal systems and external sources to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the maintenance and updates of the client master database, including creating new client profiles and updating existing records
- Prepare and generate various reports and data extracts as per business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related queries and issues
- Participate in data migration projects and system upgrades as needed
- Implement data management best practices and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Provide support and training to end-users on data management procedures and tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a data management or operations role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets and databases
- Proficient in using data management tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality standards is preferred
- Ability to document and standardize data management processes and procedures
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
- Continuous learner, eager to expand knowledge and skills
- Collaborative team player with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
薪酬： $20,000.00至$22,000.00（每月）
