Responsibilities:
Prepare kickoff materials, including issuance terms, schedule, list of key documents, and etc.; coordinate with bond issuers and other teams of professionals (such as lawyers, auditors, credit rating agencies, trustees, etc.) to ensure the preparation of issuance documents in line with market practice;
Chair/attend project kickoff meetings, weekly meetings, due diligence meetings, execution and market update meetings to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
Assist origination teams in producing marketing materials and pitchbooks;
Provide regular market updates to clients and internal team and management;
Prepare and facilitate internal project approval process to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements; and
Support senior team members in various ad-hoc tasks and projects related to debt capital markets.

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in DCM execution or related work are preferred.
Big 4 and Law firm background and fresh graduates are also welcomed.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Good communication and interpersonal skills, good team player, capable to handle multiple tasks.
Familiar with Mainland and Hong Kong investment banking/fixed income business, solid skills in financial accounting.
Proficient in Office, Wind, Bloomberg and other software.
