Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the “Youth Oasis” for all aspects including administration, property and leasing/tenancy management, facility and maintenance management, cost or budget control and human resources management.
• To facilitate Service Manager to overall operation of the youth hostel; report to head office on all matters concerning the hostel, review and make recommendations.
• Evaluate teams performance regularly, identify areas of improvement, and execute necessary changes
• Work closely with managers and staffs to ensure seamless daily operations
• To be responsible for the admission and tenancy control matters, and services of the hostel.
• To collect feedback from service users for improvement.
• To execute budget control with prudent manner to achieve self-financing of the hostel.
• To ensure wellbeing of the building as assisted by the facility maintenance team.
• To encourage team spirit and plan for staff development.
• To handle crisis or emergency matters of the hostel.
• To participate and attend necessary meetings in the Kuk or outside whenever needed.
• To undertake special assignments or any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Holder of Degree /High Diploma in Property Management/Building Services Engineering.
• >10 years of working experience in Housing/Property Management on managerial level
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Good interpersonal skill
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions
• Self-initiative and able to work independently under pressure
