Responsibilities:
Leading North Asia cluster sales activities. Aggressively grow new business as hunter and sales leader.

Demonstrating sales leadership to lead by example and grow the team in the cluster.

Work closely with cross-functional teams in the PSA BDP, such as operations and customer service, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and customer satisfaction.

Actively identify new sales opportunities to achieve stipulated sales target set by PSA BDP.

Participating sales conference, events and commercial related activities to drive sales development.

Act as North Asia sales ambassador to collaborate with all regions and countries across PSA BDP network.

Responsible for achieving the stipulated sales target set by PSA BDP.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 10 years’ experience within the freight forwarding industry.

Leading team in past experience is a must.

Knowledge in Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Contract Logistics and Value Add Solutions in Logistics Company.

Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.

Strong proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
