What is your mision?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Provide excellent customer experience by voice call/ email/ live chat

Identify and analyze customers’ issues and provide solutions to resolve their needs.

Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.

Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

School Certificate or above

Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented

Proficient in MS Office

Good command of spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English
