Ashford Benjamin are instructed on a rare opening for an employment lawyer to join a highly respected global hedge fund.
Due to exceptional business growth across the region. Our client is now looking to expand their legal presence with the hire an employment lawyer to be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.
This hire will be part of a global legal team and be the main lawyer in Asia covering employment matters including: drafting portfolio manager deal terms, compensation arrangements, termination documents, internal investigations and contentious employment matters.
Prior hedge fund experience is preferred however lawyers coming from other international financial institutions or top-tier employment practices at a law firm will also be considered. Our client is open in terms of PQE, however, candidates should be comfortable working on their own, managing their own caseload without close supervision.
