The candidate is responsible for performing various KYC tasks which include different types of review and name screening.

Job scope:
Perform comprehensive KYC reviews (i.e. Onboarding Review, Periodic Review, Trigger Review etc.) for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of customer KYC documentation.
Provide support and coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information and documents
Conduct name screening on clients and their connected parties and evaluate potential alerts (i.e. carrying out PEP and adverse news assessment)
Act as a checker for CRS forms and reasonableness test to ensure completeness and accuracy of CRS data submitted.
Assist in any ad-hoc and CDD related projects
Facilitate in process improvement and governance & operation risk control framework review.
Review and update SOP from time to time to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Deliver training and coaching to new members or business stakeholders

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking (More years of experience is considered as Assistant Manager).
Familiarity with Hong Kong’s AML/CTF legislation and regulatory requirements
Knowledge in KYC documentations of FI, NBFI, Corporate, Trust and Funds
Detail-oriented with good report writing skill
Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
Self-driven with strong sense of responsibility and capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
