1. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business plans for assigned product portfolio
Achieve sales targets & KPI
Build strong relationships with HCPs in both public & private sector to drive customer loyalty with their primary care products
Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies and penetration
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to the management for regular reviews
Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Assist on cross-functional team functions to enhance market penetration
2. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy or related scientific disciplines
Min. 3 years of Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry, more experienced candidates will be considered as key account manager position.
In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry with strategic mindset
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, including account management and new business development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to drive business growth
Skilled in MS Office applications
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
