About Role
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing strategy for the Asia markets. This role is part of the Asia digital marketing team and focuses on regional digital lead acquisition strategies. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee marketing efforts across Paid Social, PPC, and display media, while managing internal and external resources. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach, a solid background in digital marketing, and proven experience in optimizing multi-million-dollar budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the GRC (Greater China) markets.
Oversee the day-to-day strategy planning, execution, expansion, and analysis of paid and non-paid digital media activities.
Collaborate with agency and media partners to ensure effective marketing campaign performance.
Optimize multi-million-dollar budgets to drive acquisition and conversion strategies for the markets.
Work closely with global teams to meet KPIs and enhance ROI on marketing spend.
Requirements

Data-driven marketer with strong digital marketing skills.
Proven experience in promoting brands in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Over 5 years of industry experience, including 2 years in a management role.
Strong financial product literacy and experience with large budget management.
Leadership skills to drive business growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at working in fast-paced environments.
Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to challenges.
