Responsibilities:
Responsible for corporate tax compliance, including tax computations and relevant tax authorities reporting
Assist in transfer pricing documentation, including local files of Hong Kong, Group level filem, and Country-by-Country Reporting in Hong Kong
Support Group Finance for M&A transactions, tax due diligence, group restructuring, tax audit and planning
Liaise with external advisors and coordinate with internal business partners for corporate tax compliance and BEPS reporting of the Group
Perform ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines with CPA qualification
Over 8 years of working experience in corporate tax
Solid knowledge of Hong Kong tax rules and international tax regulations
Familiar with Hong Kong/International Financial Reporting Standards relevant for a sizeable MNC
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
