HKGBC is expanding its secretariat team in line with its positioning as Hong Kong's leading member-based body dedicated to green building development, with opening for the post of Executive / Senior Executive – IT :

Job Description

Support the IT Assistant Manager to establish and manage IT solutions, server infrastructure, web server and applications
Provide helpdesk and technical support for staff requests in the areas of desktop computing and applications
Assist in configuration of servers and networks and carry out troubleshooting for various IT systems and networks, hardware and software in PCs, and telecommunication equipment
Participate in the implementation of the IT infrastructure (WAN/LAN, hardware, software, communications)
Provide IT hardware inventory support, maintain hardware and software license, and inventory list update
Assist in IT equipment and license procurement
Maintain stock control of computer forms and other accessories
Assist in monitoring and maintaining servers and networks performance
Any other duties as assigned by Executive Director of HKGBC or his delegate

Requirements:
Degree holder in Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines. Higher Diploma will be also considered
2 years' or above of solid IT support experience
Good knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
Knowledge of Alicloud, web programming and SQL database is an advantage
Hands-on experience in Windows AD, Linux, VMWare, O365, Cloud platform, Router Switch, Firewall, Active Directory, Group Policies, Virtualization, Backup solutions
Strong IT troubleshooting skills and users oriented
Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, detail-oriented and self-motivation
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive – IT
