BABEL FILM WORKSHOP is the leading film and media arts education company in Hong Kong. We're looking for a passionate part-time Film Teacher to join our team to help make filmmaking accessible to students aged 8-18. Ideal candidates have experience with filmmaking and/or teaching for children and teens. Teachers with experience in media arts (ex. photography, animation, VFX, graphic design) can also apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading extracurricular film and media arts classes at schools and our studio during the school term or holiday seasons
• Catering lessons to students' interests
• Contributing to curriculum development based on our film workshop format
• Communicating with parents/guardians about students' progress

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English speaker
• Passionate about the film medium
• Cares about children and arts education
• University degree related to filmmaking preferred (current students also welcome)
• Experience working with young students preferred
• Proficiency with standard filming equipment and editing software
