Our client, is currently seeking for the right candidates to join : -

Job requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent

At least 3 years working experience in archives/ museums/libraries

At least 3 years experience in handling collection items in archives/ museums/libraries

At least 1 year of experience in cataloguing film-related materials, using Archive/Museum computerized collection management system

Knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access

Proficiency in Chinese and English data entry

Be able to read and write in Chinese and English and fluent in Cantonese

Responsibilities:
To supervise a team of assistant in archival management and accessioning of film-related materials

To oversee the performance of the team and to ensure the team meets the output target required

To regularly report the performance and the progress of the team to the assistant librarian in-charge

To assist the assistant librarian in-charge in compiling various performance reports at senior management’s request

To provide hands-on support in archival arrangement and accessioning of film-related materials to the team as necessary

To provide other administrative support to the Resource Center
