THE POSITION: Finance & Administration Executive
Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Finance & Administration Executive. Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time.
Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Good communication skills, attention to detail and integrity are critical for this position.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Managing revenue cycle (billing & collection)
  • Managing accounts payable cycle
  • Managing collection plan, chasing collection and resolving queries with merchants
  • Bookkeeping for Account Receivable and Account Payable
  • Reconciling Bank Statement, Account Receivable, Account Payable and other General Ledger required
  • Supporting preparation of financial statements for month end closing
  • General Office Administration and other ad-hoc


WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Experience in managing both revenue and payment cycles
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong corporate and tax requirements
  • Good oral and written communication skills (English and Cantonese)
  • Good computer skills/proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in Oracle Netsuite will be an added
  • SCT or court hearing experience is advantageous
