Finance Manager

- Responsible for full sets of accounts, month-end closing process and reporting
- Manage statutory audit, liaising with external auditor
- Perform tax computations and prepare corporate tax returns and tax filings for our for HK, Singapore and Taiwan offices
- Research technical accounting issues and coordinate treatment and prepare proper documentation
- Manage annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast
- Provide financial analysis and reviews regularly
- Review internal controls & processes, recommend and implement improvements
- Be the lead of project implementation and system enhancement
- Perform ad hoc projects and other tasks assigned
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance and related majors, HKICPA / ACCA equivalent
- 12+ years in a combination of Big 4 and MNC environment
- Work independently in HK office and supported by shared service center in Asia
- Sound Microsoft office skills, particularly in excel and excel formulas
- Prior experience in SAP is preferred; experienced in system enhancement
- Strong technical knowledge especially IFRS and tax
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Able to work under pressure and to meet tight schedule
- Proactive, willing to learn and with good project management
