Corporate Finance Manager
China Boton Group Company Limited and its subsidiaries principally engaged in the research and
development, manufacturing, trading and selling of extracts, flavors and fragrances. It also engaged in
design and manufacturing of high quality electronic cigarettes and the related products as well.
Key Area of Responsibilities
The individual in this role will perform following functions:
- Financial Modelling to evaluate profitability of business
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting. Manage operating results against budgetary
targets, report variances, and track KPIs to monitor business performance
- Clearly articulate new business models to cross functional stakeholders
- Assist senior management in making informed decisions by providing accurate financial
reports, management information, and analytical insights. Prepare and publish timely
financial statements and consolidation reports for listed companies
- Coordinate with external parties include auditors, tax authorities, lawyer, bankers. and other
professionals
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and
strengthen internal controls
- Lead the research and analysis on the review and update of Company’s strategic directions,
by conducting industry research, peer benchmarking, and financial analysis for capital
allocation, portfolio performance, and business valuation
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Experience in asset management and investment
- Sound knowledge of various valuation methodologies and financial modelling
- Strong financial analysis skills and excellent knowledge of investment
- Independent, credible, with strong problem solving skills, able to meet tight deadlines
- Work experience in the Mainland China
- Willing to work in the Mainland China and Hong Kong
