What they seek:

A strong educational background in STEM.
Exceptional programming skills in any object-oriented language (must be a proficient coder!).
Extensive experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and engineering best practices.
Experience with trading systems is a significant advantage, but they are flexible – as long as you have experience developing high-performance, low-latency systems.
