Senior Front End Engineer - Trading UI for Tier 1 HedgeFund (Java/React/Node/Redux/CICD/RestfulAPI) - Hong Kong

BAH Partners are currently hiring a Hong Kong based Senior Front-End Developer for a growing multi-strategy Hedge Fund in the quantitative HFT space. With a proven t rack recording of building web applications from scratch, you will be in charge with mentoring junior engineers and work closely with all facets of the core technology and trading teams.


The Role:
  • Develop, maintain and optimize backend systems and applications, you will be working independently with ownership across a myriad of front end systems.
  • Develop Web applications and UI interfaces for trading teams as requested.


Requirements:
  • 7+ years’ experience in building web applications using React JS/Redux/Node JS.
  • Strong experience with agile processes, testing, CI/CD and production error/metrics monitoring
  • Deep experience with Node JS, Type Script, Java Script, HTML/CSS and Restful API’s alongside Ia C, AWS/GCP and CDN.
  • Experience in developing complex distributed systems with integration experience with financial systems such as Bloomberg API.
  • Deep experience with React JS and it’s lifecycles/hooks.
