Fraud Specialist

Job role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal and external fraud investigations. The major responsibilities include:

• Perform investigations of internal fraud, products fraud, internal theft and other fraud cases related to PCCW/PCCW subsidiaries

• Conduct/participate in interviews with alleged staff, identify and investigate fraud loopholes, make recommendations to line department

• Study and evaluate the potential fraud of PCCW products and services

• Work with relevant parties and develop the handling procedures

To succeed in this role:

• Experience in investigation and IT work is an advantage

• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Self-initiated, analytical, ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines

• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Familiarization with Oracle , database and Microsoft Office applications is necessary
