About you
We are looking for a passionate and independent Front Office Supervisor for Ovolo Central. In this hands-on role, you will maintain and upkeep our proactive services for an effortless living space to our guests. You are "The Face" of the house, responsible for creating a welcome and engaging environment for our guests, running the smooth operations by identifying guests' needs and solutions, and rectifying any issues that arise. Also as a leader, you will supervise, support and develop a small team to achieve excellence together.

The Gig
we need you to be a confident and resilience leader dealing with high demand guest service standard, able to work independently regardless which duty shift assigned, and handle challenging situations and emergency just in case.

If you are positive minded, carry bags full of energy, have excellent interpersonal and language skill, and you are hungry for success in a fast paced and dynamic environment, we definitely would like to hear from you!
