Role Details
Main Responsibilities
1. Handle and coordinate all administrative works within LCD, including but not limited to:
�LCD teams R&R/JDs updating and maintenance
�LCD divisional P&Ps listing maintenance
�LCD annual and regular budgeting tasks
�LCD divisional KPI and KRI reporting and update
2. Preparing regular/ad-hoc reports/responses and finalize the deliverables to be submitted to Senior Management and Committees, including but not limited to EC monthly report, RC reporting and LCD regularly management reporting
3. Handle and coordinate within LCD for all non-Head Office initiatives from other divisions
4. Providing ICCOC Secretariat and Administrative Support including minutes taking, writing and all relevant follow up works as required
5. Provide other administrative support within LCD, including but not limited to LCD OA Submission and Support and LCD Division Head� Administrative Support
Requirements
