Role Overview:
We are recruiting a Global Entity Coordinator to join our fast growing and ambitious team. In this role you can expect to be involved in a wide range of tasks to ensure that our clients’ legal entities are compliant with local requirements. You will work across a range of jurisdictions worldwide, managing the relationship between the client and the local legal team, ensuring that excellent client service is delivered.

Main Duties:
  • Working with our teams in Hong Kong and Manchester, England to coordinate corporate secretarial work across a range of jurisdictions and time zones worldwide
  • Ensuring our clients’ legal entities are compliant with local requirements
  • Project management of a number of clients, being the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction with the overall service
  • Matter progress monitoring, quality checking on work performed by local legal teams
  • Ensuring that invoices for work completed are issued, accurately and on time
  • Input limited scope invoices into the Sage Finance system.
  • Assist with setting up of new clients and engaging the local legal teams for provision of corporate secretarial services
  • Responsible for ensuring clients’ databases are up to date and are accurate
  • Maintaining internal databases and spreadsheets


Is this you?
  • Experience of working within strict deadlines, being able to prioritise effectively to ensure that service level agreements are met at all times
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport, demonstrating credibility
  • Experience of project management, being able to deliver key deliverables to deadlines, working on client accounts
  • Confident in communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to be proactive and work on your own initiative and to take ownership of tasks, time and workload by prioritising and managing expectations
  • Solution focused, with the ability to deal with conflict confidently providing effective resolutions
  • Excellent computer skills, in particular MS Office, Excel and Outlook
  • A team player, who can work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Desire to strive and go the extra mile
  • Able to process and analyse information from different perspectives
  • High standard of professional and personal conduct and ethical behaviour


Essential Knowledge, Skills, Experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • IT literate, advanced skills in all MS Office packages
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English (incl. excellent grammar and ability to adapt communication style to suit audience)
  • Student/Associate Member of HKCGI
  • Company secretarial knowledge


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Experience
  • Degree in Law/ corporate governance/ business administration is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge in Diligent or similar entity governance software would be a plus
  • Professional services or financial services industry experience an advantage
  • Proficiency in Chinese/Thai/Japanese languages is desirable but not essential
