Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the reservations and waiting lists of our dining restaurants

Interact with guests to obtain their loyalties and feedbacks

Handle guest enquiries and complaints with professional manner

Work closely and coordinate with our operation team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation / service

Participate in ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:
2 years or above relevant experience in luxuries hotels / high-end restaurants especially greeting customers

Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

Customer-oriented and detailed-minded with pleasant manner

Strong communication skills and selling technique

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Putonghua

Willing to work on shift

More experience with supervisor role will be considered as Manager

Immediately available is highly preferred
