Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily check-in, check-out, reservation and reception work.
Ensure correct handling of billing and administrative work, including preparation of reports.
Proper and timely handing of customer requirements, inquiries and complaints. If necessary, promptly report to superiors.
Ensure compliance with related policies, procedures and standards of Ascott.
Liaise with the department to achieve daily tasks.
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline
Excellent communication skills, proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
Accept shift duty and able to work independently
