Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and cooking breakfast items, including pastries, eggs, and specialty dishes.

Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the Residence Manager to create breakfast menus that cater to diverse guest preferences and meet with Ascott Standards.

Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel or service apartment setting.

Strong passion for cooking and food preparation.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
