ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional hair styling and colouring services to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative and creative hairstyling and colouring solutions.

Consult with guest to understand their preferences, hair type, and desired outcomes, providing expert advice and recommendations.

Perform various hair treatments such as cutting, styling, colouring, highlighting, and chemical processes with precision and attention to detail.

Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and in good working condition.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service, actively listening to their needs, and delivering personalized hair care solutions.

Educate clients on proper hair care techniques, products, and home maintenance routines to help them maintain healthy and beautiful hair.

Stay updated on industry trends, attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

Relevant working experience in sizeable luxury / large-scale hair salon is preferred

Proven experience as a hairstylist and colourist, with a strong portfolio showcasing various haircuts, styles, and colouring techniques.

In-depth knowledge of different hair types, textures, and chemical processes, as well as the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and solutions.

Proficiency in a wide range of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, blow-drying, curling, straightening, and updos.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and appointments while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Attention to detail and precision in hairstyling and colouring techniques.

Proficient in Chinese and English, fluency in foreign languages is an advantage.
