What you will be doing:

Maintain smooth flow and high quality of service in the reception
Work closely with other team members and make sure guest’s expectation is well managed
Provide professional Guest Relations
Manage all the communications channels for the reservations and enquiry
Setup a seating plan and table allocation for the daily operations
Handling the booking and taking care of all the details for the private events
Assist to design and edit the menu
Assist to maintain and develop the reservation system

What we are looking for:

1+ years experience in the position of Head of Receptionist or a similar role
Experience with the Seven Rooms booking system and Microsoft Office.
Sounds knowledge of menu design software.
Must be customer-service oriented and have excellent hospitality skill
Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or Five Star Hotels is a big plus
Passionate about people and able to develop your team along with you
A high level of energy and a good team player
Mature and confident, with excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
Fluency in English is a must
