Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement credit risk policies, procedures, and frameworks for secured lending products in margin financing and wealth portfolio lending.

Assess and manage credit risks associated with margin financing and wealth portfolio lending activities.

Formulate underwriting criteria and prepare user requirements for IT development.

Monitor and analyze loan ratios, credit exposure and portfolio performance to ensure compliance with risk management guidelines.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize credit risk strategies and enhance risk mitigation measures.

Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to credit risk management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.

At least 10 years of hands-on experience in credit risk management, specifically within margin financing and wealth portfolio lending.

Strong understanding of credit risk assessment methodologies and regulatory requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound credit decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a team of credit risk professionals.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
