Position Overview
This is a global leadership role responsible for end-to-end sourcing operations, focusing on hardgoods including toys, housewares, and general merchandise. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing sourcing, compliance, and quality from vendors in China and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Operations: Oversee the entire sourcing process, from vendor selection to product delivery.
Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of vendors to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with numerous stakeholders and clients across various functions to drive strategic initiatives.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.

Qualifications
Experience: Around 20 years in sourcing operations, with significant experience in a buying office or large trading organization.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that impact the bottom line.

Location
This position can be based in either Hong Kong or Shanghai, providing flexibility in a dynamic global environment.
