Ready to take your cookie game to the next level? Crewkies is a new fresh and fabulous cookie bakery now open in Central and we're on the lookout for a pastry chef that will be in charge of the kitchen and lead our team of bakers
Job Description:

• Be the lead pastry chef in the kitchen and manage the team by planning schedules, production times and ensure all deadlines are met.

• Experience in kitchen and team managment

• Interested and willing to learn
• Take over the kitchen managment (testing new recipes, stock managment, ingredient ordering)

Ideal candidates:

• Self-motivated and proactive, positive attitude. Able to work independently, willingness to learn.

• 2 years or more in kitchen experience, experience managing a team

• HK ID card holder (must)

• Education or formation in Pastry (or significant experience) a must
