Job Descriptions:
To ensure a smooth and professional banqueting service according to guest's requests

Effectively communicate with guests, managers, and inter-departments to ensure that all funtion rooms set-ups, equipment, and supplies, staffing and menus meet guest's expectations

Manage and supervise the casual team to meet the performance standard for banquet service

Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in hotel banquet operation

Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
