Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead banquet staff in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.
Ensure all banquet facilities functioning properly and to upkeep the maintenance and cleanliness of the banquet area.
Communicate with guest to obtain guests’ opinion and handle guest’s complaint.
Ensure banquet operation runs smoothly to ensure the service standard in order to achieve the hotel standard.

Job Requirements:
Secondary education level or HKDSE holder graduate or above, Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
5 years relevant experience
Mature, independent and presentable
