Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Conduct the full cycle of recruitment
- Handle the end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain an accurate and updated employee database
- Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions, including but not limited to employee leave & attendance management, payroll operation, MPF contributions, taxation, etc.
- Assist in C&B policies & procedures implementation
- Review and update company handbook and HR policies periodically
- Coordinate with related departments to formulate and implement the performance appraisal as per the management direction
- Work closely with managers to resolve manpower and employee relation issues
- General office administration and management (e.g. requisitions of stationery/pantry supplies, servicing of office equipment...).
- Liaise with other teams overseas to organize company events
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
- Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in C&B and recruitment
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR pratice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, well-organized and multi-tasking skills
- Team player and able to work independently in the high-growth online start-up environment.
