- Support HR daily operations.
- Support day-to-day general administrative duties to maintain operational efficiency, including but not limited to vendor management, contract renewal, procurement of office supplies and stationery, invoice settlement, postage and courier, staff card printing and staff welfare, etc.
- Facility management of business location and treatment center to ensure all of them are in good condition.
- Master of company administrative assets including mobile sim cards, keys and uniforms, etc.
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance work of office and treatment center, follow up renovation projects if any.
- Plan and execute administrative duties and initiatives in accordance with the yearly administration calendar to keep track of the timeline for each assignment.
- Set up a budget system in order to control the administrative costs well.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience; Work experience in Medical & Beauty industry would be an advantage.
- Strong sense of service excellence, interpersonal, problem-solving, organization skills and time management are required.
- Able to be muti-task, detail oriented, responsible, and capable to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
- Familiar with B2B system.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
