人力資源及行政主管 HR & Admin. Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to recruitment, C&B and staff relations;
  • Responsible for office administration functions including sourcing, insurances, procurement of office supplies and registrations, contract renewal etc;
  • Facilitate and monitor workflows, and prepare data and reports for managerial review.
  • Assist in monitoring and reviewing HR and Administration policies and procedures.
  • Support in aligning company activities with the company's culture;
  • Any ad hoc projects as required;
Requirement:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Min. 5 years working experience in HR & Administration and 3 years supervising experience in similar duties;
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and other regulatory practices;
  • Proactive, detail-minded and independent;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred;
