HR Adminstration Officer - Japanese based in Hong Kong

- Provide a full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including:
- Payroll processing, MPF management, taxation, and attendance tracking
- Recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Insurance and license renewals
- Maintain and update personnel information records
- Handle phone calls, emails, and reception duties for customers and visitors
- Translate documents between English and Japanese as needed
- Assist with ad hoc duties as requested by the manager
- Diploma or above in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
