Our HR Department in Kowloon Bay is looking for a HR executive

Your Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations including leave administration, on-boarding and off-boarding preparation, other HR administration, etc.
• Maintain employee data in HRIS, ensure all personnel records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Responsible for monthly payroll, tax returns, final payment and MPF.
• Organize Company events and programs such as award presentation, New Year celebrations, orientation to new joiners.
• Assist in HR related reporting and other ad-hoc C&B projects

Your ideal profile:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines.
• HR experience, experience in retail industry is highly preferred.
• Detail-minded with strong numerical sense, positive attitude and flexible personality to embrace change.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Good at spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
