HR Onboarding Specialist- ( Global Investment Bank)

Atomic is partnering with a global hedge fund firm and they are looking for a HR Onboarding Specialist based in Hong Kong, As a HR onboarding specialist you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional pre-hire onboarding experience for the firm.

About the role:
Provide the best in class end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, acting as the primary point of contact throughout their onboarding journey.

Job Description

Coordinate with the different teams on employee contract management
Serve as the main contact for onboarding inquiries, working closely with the HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Benefits, and Compensation teams as needed.
Initiate background checks and manage visa transfers when required.
Monitor candidates throughout the pre-hire process and provide weekly status updates to key stakeholders.
Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure a smooth first-day onboarding experience.
Handle ad hoc projects and requests to support onboarding processes.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with a strong academic track record.
at least 3 years of professional HR work experience; preferably within financial services
Ability to communuicate in English and Mandarin
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, combined with the patience and confidence to engage effectively with individuals at all levels
Able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
