Influencer Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading international e-commerce platform specializing in Asian beauty and fashion products from South Korea, Japan, and China. They offer a dynamic working environment and excellent growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Influencer Marketing Strategy Development:
- Craft and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with the company's overarching marketing goals, with a focus on strengthening brand awareness in key English-speaking markets (US, UK, Australia, Canada).
- Identify and evaluate a diverse portfolio of influential social media personalities across platforms like You Tube, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
- Campaign Execution and Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of influencer marketing campaigns and diverse projects.
- Manage the influencer marketing budget and monitor the performance of campaigns against established KPIs.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Provide regular performance reports on influencer partnerships and campaign results, analyzing data to recommend areas for improvement and growth.
- Review and assess the team's overall performance, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Oversee a team of 4 professionals, fostering a collaborative, goal-oriented work environment.
- Mentor and guide the team members to help them achieve the department's objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing teams
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in social media platforms and knowledgeable about influencer marketing strategies
- Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to drive growth and continuous improvement
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns
- Ability to analyze customer interactions and social media trends to inform content planning and optimization
- Strong copywriting and visual design skills to create engaging and on-brand content
- Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for organic growth and paid advertising
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of content creators and social media specialists
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on the performance of social media initiatives
- Creativity and adaptability to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing social media landscape
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all social media channels
