Position Summary
The Sports Marketing Rookie, who will be joining us for a 6-month internship, will play a role in our regional Sports Marketing team to deliver excellence servicing to our sponsored athletes and teams. The Rookie will also be part of the marketing team supporting the marketing function to deliver events and influencers communication.
We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time 6-month internship.

Area of Learning & Responsibilities
- Sports Marketing Strategy and execution
- Athlete servicing and wider sports category experience.
- Product Testing and internal order placement.
- Product Seeding and social media tracking
- Eternal communication with Athletes, Partners and influencers.
- Event support
What exposures will you gain by the end of the internship
- Deep dive in to Sports Industry with front line experience
- Multitasking skills and knowledge of sports across different cateogories.
- Communication skills across a diverse organisation with different culture and multiple geographies.
Qualifications

Strong interest in talent acquisition is an advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and presentation skills
- Strong multi-tasking and good time management skills
- Takes initiative and able to work independently with excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong Team player mindset with great communication & collaboration skills
- Passionate in Sports, AND basic connection in Sports Industry

Base Compensation
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
